Returns

We provide our customers with a 30 Day Money Back or Exchange Policy. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know so we can file a claim with the shipping company so we can get a replacement one sent out too you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us, in its original condition, for a full refund.

Our customer service email is sales@cakoffroad.com and we will issue you an appropriate Return Authorization number (RMA) for your return. Please give us your order number and details on products you would like to return.  We will not accept any returns without RMA number issued by C.A.K. Offroad.

  • Please allow 1 week after receipt of returned item for processing refund.
  • RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the front of the return-shipping label. Please DO NOT put the number on the boxes.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment; we recommend that items be shipped back UPS Insured or FedEx Insured.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging or there will be a charge for missing Items
